The sun always shines in your sim neighborhood... until the arrival of The Sims 2: Seasons.
The Sims 2: Seasons is an extension pack that enhances the original title's gameplay by adding weather seasons. Each season lasts around five sim days and brings new options and challenges to the player: you'll be able to jump into puddles in spring, collect leaves in fall and build snowmen in winter, for example. There are also new dangers, like the possibility of dying of heatstroke in summer, or freezing to death in winter!
Other features in The Sims 2: Seasons are a new neighborhood called Riverblossom Hills and a new type of sim called plant sims. They have green skin, yellow eyes, leaf-like hair and vine tattoos, as well as slightly different needs and social interactions.
If you want your sim to become a plant sim, all you need to do is spray your garden or orchard with too much pesticide, and experiment your new life!
